At AgePros, we tend to be rather disciplined. (Thanks, Dad.) With Father’s Day coming up, it’s a good opportunity to appreciate the ways our dads have shaped us. We aim to connect with our AgePros community just about every Sunday — and we do. We also strive to make these connections chock-full of useful information and insights. Worth your time, and respectful of it. (Again, Dad set a great example here.)
On the subject of today, Father’s Day, we recently come across some interesting research. It turns out, being a father is very beneficial to, well, fathers themselves. The scientifically observed mental, physical and emotional advantages fatherhood confers are explored here, in a brief newspaper editorial.

So many AgePros are fathers. Have fathers. Will soon be fathers. And, yes, miss our fathers. (We know, all too well.) Our chosen profession surrounds us with fathers. Fathers taking care of their fathers. Families focused on the well-being fathers and grandfathers.
Today, dads and all who care for them, take a break. Honor. Laugh. Love and hug. And have a happy Father’s Day!
